1. Acceptance
By using Plusq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 16 years old to use Plusq.
2. The platform
Plusq provides a platform for discovering, creating and managing events in Belgium. We connect organizers with attendees and provide ticketing infrastructure. We are not the organizer of any event listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Creating events
When you create an event on Plusq, you confirm that the event is legal and that you have the right to sell tickets for it. You are responsible for the accuracy of event information including date, location and ticket price. Plusq is not responsible for cancelled or modified events.
5. Tickets and payments
Ticket sales are processed by Stripe. Plusq charges a 4% service fee on all ticket sales. Payouts are processed 48 hours after the event date. Refunds are at the discretion of the organizer. Plusq does not guarantee refunds for cancelled events.
6. Prohibited content
You may not use Plusq to organize illegal events, sell counterfeit tickets, harass or harm other users, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any event or user that violates these rules.
7. Sponsored content
Sponsored events are clearly marked with a star badge. Sponsors pay for placement but Plusq does not endorse the content of sponsored events.
8. Limitation of liability
Plusq is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform, cancelled events, or payment disputes between organizers and attendees.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Belgium.
